The photograph is well balanced between the head and the scarf. The color palette is nice with three main colors of pink, blue, and red. You have both the rule of thirds and a centered point of interest. You did this well.

The photo and the title are perfectly matched.

Under the left eye (our right) is something on the high cheek. I cannot make out if it is pixelation or makeup. The only loose hair on the face is directly over this smudge on the cheek.

At f2.0 there is a very narrow depth of field. It looks like you choose the eyes to be the focal plane center. I like your choice for that effect. Maybe the cheek smudge is just outside of the focal plane.

Perhaps using photoshop to remove the very small strands of loose hair would be slightly less distracting. There are loose hair strands on both sides of the head.
